Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri R.K. Jaiswal learned counsel for respondent Nos.1 and 5 and learned Standing Counsel for State-respondents.
Pursuant to the acquisition proceedings 2015, it is submitted that the lands of the petitioner being Gata No.403 area 570 square meters and Gata No.401 area 40 square meters was acquired by the National Highways Authority of India.
Learned Counsel appearing for National Highways Authority submits that money has already been deposited with the competent authority pursuant to the award dated 20.05.2018. Learned counsel for the petitioner raises grievance that till date the awarded amount has not been paid to the petitioner.
This writ petition is disposed of with the observations that the respondent No.4 may consider the claim and pass appropriate order in accordance with law as far as within three months from the date of certified copy is presented before it.
