Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent nos. 1 and 2 and Sri Ramendra Pratap Singh, learned counsel appearing for the respondent no. 3.
This writ petition has been filed by petitioners with the following prayer :
I. issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing and commanding the respondent concerned to reserve a plot for the petitioners equivalent to the 10% of the total area of the developed land which was acquired from holding of the petitioners.
II. issue any suitable order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case, so that justice may be done.
III. Award the costs of the petition to the petitioners.
After advancing his arguments at some length, learned counsel for the petitioners has made a prayer that this writ petition may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to the petitioners to pursue their grievances before the authority.
Petition is dismissed as not pressed with liberty as prayed.
