By means of this writ petition, the petitioner has come to this Court with a grievance that mutation proceeding in Case No. 602 of 2015 (Shiv Kumari Pandey Vs. Gyan Devi) under Section 34 of the U.P. Land Revenue Act, 1901 pending before the respondent no.2 - Naib Tehsildar (Uttari), Tehsil Phoolpur, District Prayagraj may be decided expeditiously.
In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent no.3 Naib Tehsildar (Uttari), Tehsil Phoolpur, District Prayagraj to decide the Case No. 602 of 2015 (Shiv Kumari Pandey Vs. Gyan Devi) under Section 34 of the U.P. Land Revenue Act, 1901, in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
