Heard Sri Arun Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Bimla Prasad, learned Standing Counsel.

After hearing the parties, this Court on 18.10.2019 passed following order:-

"The grievance of the petitioners is that the petitioners have submitted a list of office bearers and also for renewal of certificate of registration of society to the respondent no.2 on 03.07.2019 but till date respondent no.2 has not taken any decision on it.

Sri Shashank Shekhar Singh, learned Standing Counsel prays for a week's time to seek instructions in the matter.

Put up on 30.10.2019 in the additional cause list"

On instructions, learned Standing Counsel submits that the renewal of the registration of the society has been done. He seeks three months time to take a decision on papers submitted for the registration of list of office bearers of the society.

In view of the fact that the Assistant Registrar has proceeded to take a decision on the paper submitted by the petitioner for registration of list of office bearers of the society and has sought only three months time to conclude the proceedings. The writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent no. 2 Assistant Registrar, Firms Societies and Chits, Gorakhpur Region, Gorakhpur to take a decision upon the papers submitted by the petitioners for registration of office bearers society within the period of three months from today.
