Sri Gopal Ji Rai, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that fresh election of the committee of management of the institution has taken place and they have been recognized by the District Inspector of Schools. Petitioner wants to challenge the same.
In view of the aforesaid facts, the present writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the election of committee of management, if he so desires.
