Heard Deepak Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.1, 2 and 3 and Sri Ram Babu Yadav, learned counsel represents respondent No.4.
The present writ petition has been preferred by the petitioner with the prayer to direct the respondent No.3/Tehsildar, Tehsil Bhadohi, District Bhadohi. to decide the restoration application bearing Case No.T-20151667053213 (Report Lekhpal Vs. Brahm Prakash @ Deena); Case No.T-20151667053480 (Report Lekhpal Vs.Om Prakash) and Case No.T20151667053481 (Report Lekhpal Vs.Rajpati) under Section 122-B U.P.Z.A. & L.R. Act expeditiously.
Today a counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of respondent Nos.1, 2 and 3 stating therein that the restoration applications filed by the petitioners have already been decided vide judgement and order dated 1.11.2019, copy of which is appended as Annexure No.2 to the counter affidavit.
In view of the same, no further orders are required to be passed in the present writ petition.
