Learned counsel for the respondents has placed before the Court an order dated 28th May, 2019 passed on Writ-C No. 18450 of 2019 by the same petitioner in respect of the same cause of action.
From a perusal of the order, it is clearly revealed that said writ petition is also in respect of the same shops bearing nos. 113 and 113-A.
At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition to pursue the writ petition already filed.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
