Heard Sri P.K. Upadhyay, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Manvendra Singh, learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondent and perused the record.
The petitioner as a complainant made certain complaints regarding non distribution of blankets and misappropriation of funds accordingly. Complaint was pending before the Chief Secretary and this Court in Public Interest Litigation (PIL) No. 1776 f 2019 had passed an order on 20.9.2019 to the effect that the complaint of the petitioner may be examined.
From the perusal of the order impugned, it is revealed that the petitioner's complaint has been duly examined and has not been found to have substance, in view of the finding of fact so recorded in the order impugned, the petition does not require any interference by this Court under article 226 of the constitution.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
