Heard Sri Ram Jatan Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Ashutosh Srivastava, learned counsel for respondent no. 3 and learned Standing Counsel for respondents no. 1 and 2.
By means of this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution the petitioner has prayed for a relief in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent to provide correct electricity bill.
According to learned counsel for respondent no. 3 after the complaint was received from the petitioner and the fact that the bill was already supplied, now the matter has been checked again and checking report has been prepared on 21st August, 2019 according to which the petitioner's meter has been found not only to be entact but fully functional in the proper manner.
Checking report has been placed before this Court, a copy of which has also been supplied to the learned counsel for the petitioner in the Court itself.
In view of the fact that now since the grievance of the petitioner has been addressed by the respondent no. 3, no further relief is required to be granted in the present writ
petition.
The writ petition, therefore, is rendered infructuous and is accordingly dismissed.
