Heard Sri Paritosh Kumar Malviya, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Dhananjay Awasthi, learned counsel for respondent nos. 1 and 2 and perused the record.
By means of this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has sought a direction in the nature of mandamus for consideration of his application by the competent authority in accordance with law. The application dated 10.1.2019 has been annexed as Annexure2 to the writ petition.
However, from the record it transpires that earlier the petitioner had approached this Court for change in the name of development block to suit the land as it falls in a part of the area which falls according to the petitioner at the place where the dealership is required to be set up.
Having perused the order dated 27.10.2018, we are of the considered opinion that the High Court has already dismissed the petition of the petitioner on merits that the development block cannot be changed to suit the offer of land by the petitioner. The petitioner has mis-interpreted the order in his application dated 10.1.2019 made to the concerned competent authority, which according to us is completely misconceived. The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
