Heard Sri Alok Tiwari, learned counsel for petitioner and Sri Anand Tiwari, learned counsel appearing for Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 and Sri Ishan Shishu, learned counsel appearing for Respondent No.1.

Today supplementary affidavit has been filed by the petitioner which is taken on record.

By means of the supplementary affidavit petitioner has brought on record photostat copy of the demand draft dated 16.8.2019 which has already been submitted in support of his application dated 12.7.2019, copy whereof has been filed as Annexure-6 to the writ petition.

In this petition the petitioner has prayed for a writ of mandamus commanding the respondents to consider the complaint of the petitioner dated 24.7.2019 which has been moved in the light of clause 18 of the brochure that prescribes procedure for allotment of retail outlet dealership as well as entertainment of complaint, if any, made by any person.

Learned counsel appearing for the Respondents submits that the petitioner's complaint shall be examined at the time of finalization of allotment process.

In such view of the matter and the arguments so advanced by the learned counsel appearing for the Respondent-

Corporation, this writ petition is disposed off with a direction that at the time of finalization of the allotment proceeding of the retail outlet dealership, the complaint of the petitioner shall also be examined and disposed of by a reasoned and speaking order.
