This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner, inter alia, for the following relief:-
"a- issue a writ or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent No. 2 and 3 to provide the protection for the life of the petitioner from the respondent No. 4 to 6 otherwise the petitioner will suffer irreparable loss and injury."
Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it is provided that in case the petitioner approaches the Senior Superintendent of Police, Bulandshahr to ventilate her grievance, he shall look into the matter personally and do the needful in accordance with law.
With the above observation/direction, this writ petition is finally disposed of.
