Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel and perused the record.
Upon a query made by this Court, the petitioner failed to establish his locus standi to file this writ petition. Moreover, there is nothing on record to show that any legal injury has been caused to the petitioner by the order impugned dated 04.07.2019, whereby licence has been granted in favour of the respondent no. 7 for running of Mansoon Mela.
The writ petition is not maintainable and is, accordingly, dismissed for want of locus standi.
