This petition for writ has been preferred to have a direction on respondent no.2 to stop inquiry against the petitioner said to be initiated vide order dated 16.11.2018.
From a perusal of the document dated 16.11.2018, it is apparent that the same is an internal communication between the government officials and a copy whereof has not been supplied to the petitioner. Under the document aforesaid, the District Social Welfare Officer, Mau has sought certain informations from the Khand Vikas Officer, Kopaganj, Mau. The order aforesaid, nowhere discloses about any kind of inquiry that would have been initiated under the order aforesaid. As such, no interference is warranted.
The writ petition is dismissed.
