At the very out the learned standing counsel has pointed out that first information report has been lodged against the petitioner no.1, which has been registered as case crime No.201 of 2019, under Sections 363 and 366 I.P.C., Police Station Chandausi, District Sambhal.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he does not want to press the writ petition.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.
