The last date for submission of a hard copy of the affidavit for approval for pharmacy institution for academic year 2019-20 was 10.06.2019, as per the circular dated 07.06.2019. Admittedly, the petitioner has not submitted the hard copy on the last date prescribed for the same.
In such view of the matter, the relief which is sought cannot be granted.
The writ petition is dismissed.
