This writ petition has been filed making averments in para-10 of the writ petition that the father of the petitioner no.1 namely, Dildar Ahmad is annoyed with the marriage of the petitioner no.1 with petitioner no.2 and he will implicate the petitioner no.2 in the case of kidnapping of the petitioner no.1 and, therefore, they are afraid.
The petitioner no.1 has appeared in person before this Court. She stated that his father namely, Dildar Ahmad died in the year 2007. The aforesaid Dildar Ahmad has been impleaded as respondent no.4.
The facts as briefly noted above, goes to show that the writ petition has been filed making false averments. Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed .
