Hon'ble Ajay Bhanot,J.
Dr. Suman Kumar Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner does not press the relief in the instant petition and he has an alternative remedy of filing a revision against the order impugned in the writ petition.
It is open for the petitioner to file an application of interim relief along with the memo of revision. In case such application is filed, the competent court shall consider the same expeditiously.
With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition is finally disposed off.
