Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to implead "The Secretary, Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad, Allahabad" as corespondent No.4 in the array of the parties to the writ petition during the course of the day.
The only prayer made by Sri Anil Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner is that the answer-sheet of the petitioner in the subject of Physics in the Intermediate Examination conducted by the respondent-Board in the year 2019 be provided to the petitioner upon submission of an application under the Right to Information Act along with the requisite fee.
The learned Standing Counsel does not have any serious objection to the aforesaid prayer.
The respondent No.4 shall provide the answer-sheet of the petitioner in the subject of Physics in the Intermediate Examination held in the year 2019 within a period of one month after the petitioner makes an application under the appropriate proforma after paying the prescribed fee.
With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is finally disposed of.
