By order dated 19.03.2019 passed in Case No. 00696 of 2019 (Computerized Case No. C201911000000696) Mahboob Ali Vs. State, before the learned appellate court, the interim application of the petitioner has been rejected. The application has been rejected by a speaking order. The appellate court records that from the perusal of the records, it is evident that there were discrepancies in the transactions of the sale of essential commodities as recorded in the E-pass Machine.
There is no infirmity in the order dated 19.03.2019 passed by the appellate authority. Further, at this stage no interference is called for since the appeal is pending consideration.
The writ petition is dismissed.
