Present writ petition has been filed for the following relief:
"Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the Respondent-Authorities to pay 64.7% additional compensation and allot the Aabadi Plot to the extent of 10% in light of Judgment and order dated 21.10.2011 passed by Full Bench of this Hon'ble Court in case of (Gajraj and others vs. State of U.P. and others).
The petitioner made an application to respondent no.4 on 21.12.2018 for payment of additional compensation as well as the allotment of 10% developed land, which is pending consideration.
We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned standing counsel for respondent nos.1, 2 and 3 and Sri Ramendra Pratap Singh, learned counsel for respondent no.4 and perused the record.
No useful purpose will be served in keeping the matter pending as such, we direct respondent no.4 to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner dated 21.12.2018 in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within a period of four months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
The writ petition stands disposed of.
