We have perused the material on record. We find that the petitioner has challenged an order passed by respondent no. 3 whereby application of the petitioner for appointment of Rajiv Gandhi Gramin L.P.G. Distributor, has rejected
Learned counsel for the respondents states that the certificate issued by the petitioner was of his grandfather who does not fall under the definition of 'family' hence the rejection order is justified.
From the order-sheet it appears that the petitioner has never pursued the matter, neither he has moved any application for listing of the case. Having perused the record, we are of the view that the petitioner is not interested to pursue the matter, hence the petition is accordingly dismissed. However, we grant liberty to the petitioner to file a recall application in case cause of action still survives or this order causes any prejudice to him.
No order as to costs.
