The joint affidavit filed today is taken on record.
The appellant and the sole respondent both are present in the Court. They have stated that they have signed the joint affidavit of the compromise. A bank draft, bearing No. 285051, dated 21st May, 2019 drawn on Uco Bank for a sum of Rs.17,25,000/- in the name of Divya Mishra has been handed over by the learned counsel for the appellant to the learned counsel for the respondent in the Court which the learned counsel for the respondent has accepted. A xerox copy of the said bank draft is taken on record.
Accordingly, the appeal is disposed of in terms of the said compromise, which is in the form of joint affidavit, and the marriage is dissolved in terms of the said compromise.
