The reliefs claimed in the writ petition read as under:
"1. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents Bank to take appropriate decision on the representation dated 21.02.2019 which is pending before the respondent no.2.
2. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to take the loan amount showing in the recovery notice in easy instalment.
3.Issue any other writ, order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in this circumstances of the case.
4. Award the cost of writ petition in favour of the petitioner."
Counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner does not want to press the writ petition and the same may be dismissed as not pressed.
In view of the statement of the learned counsel for the petitioner, we dismiss the writ petition as not pressed.
