This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner, interalia, for the following relief:
"(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents not to interfere in peaceful life of the petitioner and his family members and not to harass them in any manner."
Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it is provided that in case the petitioner approaches the Superintendent of Police, Jaunpur to ventilate his grievance, the Superintendent of Police, Jaunpur shall look into the matter personally and do the needful in accordance with law.
With the above observation, this writ petition is finally disposed of.
