In view of the order proposed to be passed, notices need not issued to the respondent nos.2 to 4.
The petitioner is before this Court for a direction to respondent no.1 to decide the Case No.41 of 2016 "Vishal Vs. Smt. Kunti and others" under Section 12 of the U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Act, 1948 within stipulated period.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue, the present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to the respondent no.1/Consolidation Officer (First), Meerut, District Meerut to consider and decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law expeditiously and preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order but certainly after giving opportunity to the parties concerned and without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties, except upon payment of cost.
