Heard Sri Manu Khare, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.1 to 3.

In view of the order proposed to be passed, notices need not go to respondent Nos.2 and 3.

The present writ petition has been filed for the following main reliefs:-

"I. issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent No.2 to pass appropriate orders or payment of pension to the petitioners.

II. issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent No.2 to decide the representation dated 19.04.2019 made by the petitioners."

During the course of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners confines his prayer only in respect of prayer No.2.

It is argued by Sri Manu Khare, learned counsel for the petitioners that raising their grievance, the petitioners have submitted a representation before Deputy Director of Education (Secondary), Kanpur, Region Kanpur (respondent No.2) on 19.04.2019, copy of which is annexed as annexure No.5 to the writ petition. It is argued that through a considerable time has already been lapsed, but till date no decision has been taken on the same by respondent No.2.

Heard learned counsel for the parties and with the consent of the parties, the present writ petition is finally disposed of directing respondent No.2 to pass appropriate orders on the aforesaid representation submitted by the petitioners within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
