The petitioners have preferred the present writ petition with the following prayers:-

"(i) Issue a writ, order or direction on the nature of mandamus directing the respondents/authorities specially the consolidation authorities to deliver the possession in pursuance of the order dated 28.12.2015 of Khata No.240 situated in Village Ganghaura Pipariya, Tehsil and District Bareilly.

(ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents/authorities to decide the application dated 31.10.2019 filed by petitioners under Rule 55 Section 28 of the Consolidation Act for delivery of possession within specified period fixed by this Hon'ble Court."

It is argued by the learned counsel for the petitioners that in spite of the fact that an order was passed in his favour on 28.12.2015, but till date, possession of Khata No.240 situated in Village Ganghaura Pipariya, Tehsil and District Bareilly, was not handed over to the petitioners.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.1 to 5.

In view of the order proposed to be passed, notices need not to be issued to respondent No.6.

Without entering into the merits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of finally directing the petitioners to submit a fresh comprehensive representation ventilating all their grievance before respondent no. 3, Consolidation Officer, Bareilly along with certified copy of this order within a period of two weeks from today. In case any such representation is filed by the petitioners before respondent no. 3, within the time indicated hereinabove, respondent No.3 is directed to pass appropriate order on the same expeditiously and preferably within a period of two months from the date of filing of such representation by the petitioners before him.
