The present writ petition has been filed against the orders dated 11.12.1989 and 23.3.1992 passed by respondent No. 1, i.e., Board of Revenue, U.P., whereby the Board of Revenue had remanded back the matter to the Additional Commissioner by setting aside the order dated 29.4.1985 passed by the Additional Commissioner through which the suit filed by the respondents was dismissed as abated.
No interim order staying the proceedings was passed by this Court.
It appears that the present writ petition has become infructuous by efflux of time.
Accordingly, writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
