Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The petitioner has filed an application for withdrawal of writ petition. The said application is duly supported by the affidavit of Mohammad Arif son of the petitioner.
In view of the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the withdrawal application, Civil Misc. Withdrawal Application No.3 of 2019 is allowed.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
