In the present writ petition on 31.5.2019 following order was passed by this Court :-
"Sri Suman Kumar Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner points out that the candidature of the petitioner has been rejected mechanically. There are four grounds mentioned in the order of rejection. No specific reason has been stated as to why the petitioner's candidature has been non suited.
The respondent no. 1 shall decide the issue and give specific reasons for rejecting the candidature of the petitioner before the examination is conducted.
In case, the petitioner's candidature is found to be valid the Court may direct the respondents to conduct a fresh examination for the petitioner.
Sri Prashant Singh, learned counsel for the respondents to obtain written instructions in the matter.
Put up on 03.06.2019 in the list of fresh cases before the appropriate Bench."
Today when the matter was taken up it is stated by Sri Prashant Singh, learned counsel for the respondents that the respondents are going to consider the case of the petitioner for issuing of his admit card to appear in the examination of Combined Graduate Level Examination-2018 and he will get his admit card in order to appear in the aforesaid examination by 4.00 P.M. today itself.
It is stated by Sri Suman Kumar Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner does not want to press the present writ petition as the same has become infructuous.
In view of the same, present writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
