Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.
Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the second and third respondents states that the concerned Basic Education Officer, Siddharth Nagar shall be directed to duly attend to the application made by the petitioner for appointment on compassionate grounds and a final decision shall be communicated to the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order.
Accordingly and without going into the merits or otherwise of the claim of the petitioner, this petition shall stand disposed of in light of the statement, which is noted and recorded above.
