The petitioner had retired while he was in service of the State Government. He thereafter took a fixed tenure appointment at Sampurnanand Sanskrit University, Varanasi. A bare perusal of the reliefs claimed would show that there is misjoinder of the causes of action. The petitioner is claiming arrears of reitral benefits from the State Government and also arrears of honorarium from the University.
In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to entertain the petition in the manner it is framed and it is accordingly dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file separate writ petitions for different causes of action.
