Sri. Amit Manohar, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel placed before this Court a judgment delivered by a Division Bench of this Court in Special Appeal (Defective) No.3 of 2019 Himanshu Gangwar and others Vs. State of U.P. and another connected with other similar special appeals decided on 4.1.2019.
The special appellate Bench has been pleased to affirm the judgment delivered by the learned Single Judge dated 19.12.2018 passed in Writ Petition No.25791 of 2018.
In view of the aforesaid, no relief could be granted to the petitioners so far as the present petition is concerned.
