It is contended by the counsel for the petitioner that in terms of the order passed by the Lucknow Bench of this Hon'ble Court, certain orders were already passed by the authorities for the adjustment/absorption of the surplus assistant teachers including the present petitioner.The petitioners are of the view that the authorities will pass appropriate orders in favour of the petitioners also.
In these facts and circumstances of the case, since the relief as sought for by the petitioner has already been granted to them, the petitioners do not want to press this writ petition at this stage.
The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
This order is passed in the presence of learned standing counsel who put his appearance on behalf of respondent Nos.1 and 2 and Sri Pradeep Singh Sengar, who put his appearance on behalf of respondent No.3 and 4.
