Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Hemendra Kumar Mishra who appears for the second respondent and the learned Standing Counsel for the State.
This petition impugns the order dated 28 November 2018 in terms of which the respondents have rejected a representation made by the petitioner for her placement in a Primary Health Centre at Gautam Budh Nagar.
The petitioner is engaged as a contractual Ayurvedic lady Doctor. She was initially transferred from Chandauli to Mathura. She made a representation against the said order by praying that she be placed at a Primary Health Centre either at Gautam Budh Nagar or in case that be not possible in a Primary Health Centre in Mathura. While dealing with this representation, the respondents have taken note of the fact that in district Mathura the post of Medical Officer is lying vacant and consequently have not found it expedient to post the petitioner at Gautam Budh Nagar. Bearing in mind the fact that the order has been passed in light of an existing vacancy at Mathura coupled with the petitioner's own request as made in that representation, the Court finds no ground to interfere with the order impugned.
The writ petition is dismissed.
