Bearing in mind the decision of the Division Bench rendered in Rajesh Bhardwaj Vs. Union of India And Others, Writ -A No. 54840 of 2014 , this Court finds no ground to either entertain the writ petition or to evaluate the order of termination on merits.
The writ petition is dismissed .
