In terms of the order passed by this Court on 8.3.2019 supplementary affidavit filed by the petitioner is taken on record.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner has preferred the present writ petition seeking the relief in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to make payment of salary to the petitioner in terms of the provisions contained in the Government Order dated 9.6.2014, 19.6.2014 and 1.12.2014 along-with the arrears of salary.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that for payment of salary to the petitioner representations were made by the petitioner to the concerned authorities but since no action was taken by the authorities, the petitioner has preferred the present writ petition. Learned counsel for the petitioner relied upon a judgement passed by the coordinate Bench of this Court in Writ A No.8651 of 2018 (Mukesh Kumar and 4 others Vs. State of U.P. and 3 others).

No useful purpose would be served in keeping the writ petition pending hence with the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition is being disposed of at the admission stage itself.

In the facts and circumstances, the petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation ventillating all his grievances before the respondent no.3/District Basic Education Officer, Firozabad, along-with certified copy of this order within a period of two weeks from today. If such a representation is made, the respondent no.3/District Basic Education Officer, Firozabad, is directed to pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a further period of four months.

With the aforesaid observations, present writ petition is disposed of finally.

It is made clear that this Court has not entered into the merits of the case and thus it is for authority concerned to take a decision independently in accordance with law.
