Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri J.S. Bundela, the learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.
This petition has been preferred for consideration of the appointment of the petitioner on compassionate basis. Learned Standing Counsel has produced before the Court an order dated 30 January 2012 and points out that the claim of the petitioner has already been rejected. A copy of the said order has been handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
In view of the subsequent developments which have been pointed out, this writ petition is rendered infructuous.
It is accordingly dismissed as such.
