Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Vikram Bahadur Yadav learned Standing Counsel.

Learned Standing Counsel was on the last occasion directed to obtain instructions and apprise the Court whether final orders have been passed in the disciplinary proceedings which had been initiated against the petitioner and which formed the ground for denial of ACP benefits.

Sri Vikram Bahadur Yadav learned Standing Counsel has drawn the attention of the Court to the final order dated 18 February 2019 passed by the Director in conclusion of the disciplinary proceedings which were initiated.

A copy of this order has also been handed over to Sri Upendra Upadhyay learned counsel for the petitioner.

In view of the above the Court finds no ground to continue these proceedings any further leaving it however open to the petitioner to take appropriate steps if he be aggrieved by the order dated 18 February 2019.

This petition shall stand disposed of accordingly.
