Grievance of the petitioner is that IIIrd A.C.P. is not being illegally sanctioned by the respondent. For redressal, he has already moved a representation dated 11.02.2019 before the respondent No.3 which is stated to be pending.
Learned counsel for the respondent and learned standing counsel submits that the representation of the petitioner shall be considered by the respondent No.3 and an order in accordance with law shall be passed.
In view of the aforesaid, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent No.3 to decide the representation of the petitioner strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within two months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order along with a copy of representation dated 11.02.2019.
Learned standing counsel as well learned counsel for respondent No.3 shall communicate this order in writing to the respondent No.3 within a week.
