On 19.11.2019, this Court passed the following order:-
"Leaned counsel for the petitioner states that the controversy involved in the present writ petition is squarely covered by order of this Court dated 22.10.2019 in Writ-A No. 6420 of 2019 (Narendra Kumar Chaturvedi Vs. State of U.P. & 3 others), and therefore, the present writ petition may be disposed of in terms of the order dated 22.10.2019 passed in the case of Narendra Kumar Chaturvedi (supra).
Sri I.S. Tomar, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel representing the State respondents and Sri A.K. Yadav, learned counsel for the U.P. Basic Education Board pray for a day's time to examine the matter and to make a statement as to whether the controversy involved in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the order dated 22.10.2019 passed by this Court in Narendra Kumar Chaturvedi (supra). They may also obtain instructions. Put up tomorrow i.e. 20.11.2019 in the additional cause list."
Today, Sri I.S. Tomar, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel, states on instructions of the Examination Regulatory Authority, U.P. Prayagraj, dated 19.11.2019, that application for re-evaluation is being received from candidates in terms of the judgment of this Court dated 22.10.2019 in Writ-A No. 6420 of 2019 (Narendra Kumar Chaturvedi Vs. State of U.P. & 3 others) , and in terms thereof any dissatisfied candidate may move an application for reevaluation within the time prescribed under the said judgment i.e. till 21.11.2019.
In view of the aforesaid, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of the judgment of this Court in Narendra Kumar Chaturvedi (supra).
If petitioner moves an application for re-evaluation by 21.11.2019 then his application shall be received by the respondent concerned and appropriate action in accordance with law shall be taken in terms of the judgment in the case of Narendra Kumar Chaturvedi (supra).
This order shall be communicated by Sri I.S. Tomar, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel, to the Secretary, Examination Regulatory Authority, U.P. Prayagraj, today by 1 PM.
Certified copy of the order shall be issued by the office to the petitioner today on payment of usual charges.
