Today when the matter was taken up Sri Awadhesh Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of District Basic Education of Basti placed before the Court an order dated 09.12.2019 by which the suspension of the petitioner was recalled and the petitioner was reinstated in service with all the benefits.
The order dated 09.12.2019 passed by the District Basic Education is placed on record.
In view of the same it is prayed by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the writ petition has now become infructuous and as such the same may be dismissed.
In view of above, the present writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
