The petitioners have preferred the present writ petition with the prayer to quash the recovery notices issued against the petitioners by the respondent no. 6.
Vide order dated 07.12.2019 instructions were sought for by the counsel appearing on behalf of respondent no. 6. Today when the case was taken up, instructions received from the respondent no. 6 was placed before the Court.
It is argued by the learned counsel for the respondent no. 6 that the recovery citations issued by the respondent no. 6 against the petitioners were withdrawn by the Bank vide its order dated 12.12.2019. It is further argued that the information in this regard has already been sent to all the petitioners by separate letters dated 12.12.2019, copy of the aforesaid communication are placed before the Court.
In view of the same it is argued by Sri A. K. Ojha, learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners does not want to press this petition.
In view of above, no further orders are required to be passed in the present writ petition,
