Sri Sunil Kumar Gupta, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that subsequent to filing of writ petition a Government Order dated 31.10.2019 has been issued by State of U.P. putting restriction on the powers of Basic Education Officer for according approval and wants to challenge the said government order.
Thus, he prays that writ petition be dismissed with liberty to file a fresh.
The writ petition is dismissed subject to the liberty aforesaid.
