This petition has been preferred seeking the following principal relief:-
"Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.2 to decide the controversy raised in the letter dated 17.12.2018 by taking clarification from Gram Panchayat"
As per the own admitted case of the petitioner his contract as a Rozgar Sewak was never renewed after 31 March 2010. Consequently the writ petition lacks merit and is dismissed .
