Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Vikram Bahadur Yadav learned Standing Counsel.
The petitioner is principally aggrieved by the fact that Enforcement Supervisors have not been provided any promotional avenues under the departmental cadre structure.
Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the first respondent states that subject to all contentions on merits being left open, the grievance of the petitioner in this respect shall be duly attended to by the said respondent and disposed of in accordance with law and preferably within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order alongwith a representation that the petitioner may make.
Accordingly and without going into the merits of the claim of the petitioner, this petition shall stand disposed of in light of the statement noted above.
