The petitioner has preferred the present writ petition with the following prayer-

"Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus to direct the respondent no. 3 to transfer the petitioner from Purva Madhamik Vidyalaya Khyokhar, Vikash Khand Abholi and District- Bhadohi to Vikas Khand Bahadurpur Prayagraj (Allahabad)"

It is contented in the writ petition that the petitioner was appointed as Assistant Teacher in the year 2009 and was posted at Prathmik Vidyalaya Asanhara Mafi,Vikas Khand Bhanwapur, District, Siddharthnagar. Subsequently, petitioner was transferred from Siddharthnagar to Bhadohi in the year 2016. At present petitioner is working as Assistant Teacher in Bhadohi. It is contented by the petitioner that treatment of his father is going on in distinct Allahabad. Certain medical reports were also appended as Annexure-3 to the writ petition. It is further contented that there is nobody in the family to look after his father.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel who has accepted notice on behalf of respondent no. 1 and Sri R.P. Shukla, learned counsel who has put in appearance on behalf of respondents no. 2, 3 and 4.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed with the direction to the petitioner to file fresh representation ventilating all his grievances before the Secretary, U.P. Basic Shiksha Parishad, Allahabad along with certified copy of this order within a period of two weeks from today. If such a representation is made the aforesaid authority will pass appropriate order, in accordance with law within a period of three months thereafter.
