It is informed by the Bench Secretary that counsel for the appellant Sri M.A. Qadeer is no more.
As per Office Report dated 13.12.2019, N.E.C. was issued to the appellant Nos. 1 and 2 by the registered post fixing 16.12.2019 as a date showing that appellant Nos.1 and 2 could not be traced.
In view of such facts, when nobody is appearing for the appellants and fate of death of earlier counsel Sri M.A. Qadeer has been noted vide order dated 23.10.2019, after issuance of N.E.C, appellants could not be traced, this Court is not left with any option but too dismiss the case for want of prosecution.
