The present habeas corpus writ petition has been filed for directing the respondents to produce the petitioner no. 1 Smt. Ujjwal Verma before the Court and set her at liberty.
After arguing at some length learned counsel for the petitioner states that at present he does not want to press the instant habeas corpus writ petition and the same may be dismissed as withdrawn.
Accordingly, the present habeas corpus writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn without any liberty to file fresh for the same cause of action.
